Hey there, seekers! I'm so excited to share with you a powerful way to bring nature into our lives, especially when we're surrounded by concrete jungles. We all feel the pull of modern life, but we can't ignore our need to connect with the Earth. So, let's rediscover our roots and awaken our bodies using the ancient Tree of Life as our guide.

This is all about nurturing that sacred bond between mind, body, and nature. We'll use simple exercises to explore the tree's elements and rekindle our connection with Mother Earth. Don't worry—it's easy, fun, EFFECTIVE and perfect for those short on time or living in urban areas.

It lit me up to tap into my creative spirit with birthing this concept, and accompanying exercises, to support my clients and nurture the women in my Sacred Feminine Circle!

I want you to try the following four exercises and connect with the Tree of Life. These exercises will mirror our interconnectedness of our own roots, trunk, branches and leaves.

Pick one exercise per day and set a timer to do it for five minutes.

It’s important we remember that as humans, we are an integral part of the natural world. Acknowledge that healing and reconnection (within and to all that is) unfolds one step at a time, guided by our body's inner wisdom, and fueled by the power of compassion and self-love.
